Can anyone tell me why my Stats on my dashboard all say NO STATS.
Go to today in your dashboard, then click yesterday and then click today again and they will show.
This is a glitch of some kind. Not sure when it will get resolved.
NOTE: I posted this same answer in another thread that seems to be working as a workaround for many.

You're absolutely correct! Choose another drop down menu option and then go back and choose today and numbers show up..I wonder if the stat count is really accurate, since something is not properly working..Hmmm.
It works temporarily but reverts back to a blank if I leave the site.

Reclicking stays for only a minute or two. This needs to be fixed.
@RussellsLure There are numerous threads on this issue today. Change the new drop-down box at the top of the page. Sometimes selecting All Channels or Etsy works. Sometimes you need to change the day.
Mine too - try changing to 1 week, 1 day, etc.
I just changed the new drop down to Etsy.
The problem is that it doesn't stay on what you select and you have to fart around with it each time you go to your dashboard.
Same here. Keep playing with it. To bad Etsy doesn't fix whats wrong with the sight instead of creating more problems.
I click the "View detailed stat" upper right hand, not enabled but underlined and I can still click it. I do not know if its accurate. I think this has something to do with the Etsy seller app too. I see a lot of items favorited at the app but not showing at my desktop. Pulling my hair out - need a rescue squad, Help!
Hope Etsy fixes this. We shouldn't have to do this in order to get a simple reading. Looks like they are tweaking things again.
In my other shop, I also have a phantom notification that won't go away. No message, no order (or pending order)...just that annoying notification that goes nowhere.
Mine is the same. I set it back by putting in yesterday, but it reverts to a blank again. I cannot find a way to report this to Etsy. Apparently, they do not answer questions about their own website.
I would have to imagine on a platform as large as this one that people have opened support tickets regarding this issue. I believe it's just a matter of time before it's resolved @Groovygoods4u
I asked already for help because since that change it is very difficult to log in . Look very suspicious from my side but no action from Etsy to fix it

What they did is add a drop down so you have
"Stats overview for" and to the right of that is the drop down to choose "All channels" "Pattern" or "Etsy.com"
I don't even have Pattern.
I want to make a snotty comment about this but I'm practicing restraint.
