Stats not updating

My stats have not updated for 14 hours as at 12:05 30th April 2025 all platforms. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Yes! I know it has something to do with Etsy because my listing has been very popular the past month (graduation season). Had over 1100 views yesterday and not a single one yet today.

Me too it shows 0 views although someone just liked 2 items from my shop so the stats are not updating . I hope the bug or whatever is causing slow sales and no views will be fixed

Hi guys! I've been having this issue every now and then recently.. Suddenly the views and visits stop to update. I am paying for adds, I have made 2 sales tonight before morning, now it's already 2 pm and nothing updated since then, 0 visits even though those two sales. I am a bit worried people cannot buy as I see a canceled order today. Anyone had this and knows? Does it affect the shop's visits and orders?

I am having the same issue, 2 sales early this morning then nothing, no visits, messages, sales, nothing!

Same. I have had 2 canceled orders in the last few days. My views are 0 and it won't update. This is a bit concerning and especially if customers can't purchase!
