Stats not updating

My stats have not updated for 14 hours as at 12:05 30th April 2025 all platforms. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I reported this early this morning.  You would think that they would have already had this fixed since it was going on yesterday.  I hope this doesn't mess up our very little traction that we have worked so hard to get.

As of 1:15 PM Eastern SOME stats have finally updated a bit (views are current, visits have gone from 18 hours ago to 11). Everything else is still not updating or not updating completely, including sales.

Hi all, 

Is anyone else seeing that their dashboard stats aren't updating? I haven't had an update for 14 hours so my stats are woefully low, with no orders yet today which is unusual.

Is there a bug, or am I just being punished for something I'm not aware of doing? 

(I'm in the UK if that helps)

It happens.  I have zero across the board with the exception of 1 sale? Always a good indication something is out of whack. It will update.  I find this often happens at month end.

Same here. I know I haven't had lots of traffic but zero? I've had 2 people send me message this morning so far (within the last 2 hours) and still shows as 0 visits, 0 views, 0 orders. That is was very discouraging seeing that but then realized it must have been a technical issue.

Yay for having to constantly suffer the effects of glitches, and not only getting punished for doing nothing wrong, but never receiving compensation or so much as an apology for it, never mind an admission of guilt.

I have 6 favourites, 2 sales and 0 views so i guess something is not updating.

1 Verkauf ohne Ansichten oder Besucher. Es ist einfach ein Anzeigefehler.

Allerdings kritisiere ich dieses ständige Umbauen seitens Etsy und wäre froh Etsy würde die Seite einfach mal ruhen lassen. Dann passieren auch nicht ständig diese Fehler.

Ich erinnere kurz an den Horror der alten Nachrichten die aufeinmal eingespielt wurden. Nicht schön.

My stats show last update 17 hours ago. It would be nice if Etsy would send message out to sellers and let us know there is issue
