Stats not updating

My stats have not updated for 14 hours as at 12:05 30th April 2025 all platforms. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Yes me too, no updates for 15 hours !!!! And obviously no views, likes or sales.

Yep, two orders but no updates. Even my sales page (ads) has what has sold incorrect!

I got an order this morning but views and visits are both 0. No updates on them for hours.

This has to be a glitch. I have had no views today according to my stats but I've had people favoriting my items all morning and I know I've had clients looking through my shop. Is anyone else having issues?

Mine are stuck on 12 since 10 hours, nothing changes.

Since this morning, it has said 0 on views and visits. This is incorrect as I've tested it and got people to go view my store and listings, yet it still says 0. It was working fine, just not today. I'm also paying for Etsy Ads, which I'd like to see how many people are actually coming to view from that from my dashboard stats, but am unable too right now.

All my stats (views/visits) are ZERO since midnight, seems impossible as I have NEVER seen that before, almost 10 hours into the day and I have a fairly high traffic store. 

What is going on? Is anyone else experiencing this? What can be done? Is it a technical outage or something wrong with my shop?
