Hi
I'm getting ready for peak and reviewing my stock levels.
I usually collate all my info from the Stats section by selecting a custom period and looking at my sale by orders and revenue.
Quite a few of my popular listings are showing a few views and favourites by zero orders and revenue.
Has anyone else noticed this or have a suggestion to fix or work around?

Yes, I'm having the same issue on the stats page via dashboard. The first five listings show accurate information in orders & revenue, after that they all show zero orders and revenue, even though I know they've sold in the time period selected. Also they are not in the proper order of most orders to least, so I can't even get a rough idea of what's selling well without going through my orders. It's making it much harder for me to know what listings to promote & what sort of images my buyers want.
I was just coming to this forum to ask the same thing. This is showing in both my shops, with 2 different browsers.
I notice this thread is 4 months old; @RelovedButtons did you ever figure out a solution?
Below is the reply I got from Etsy Support... not very encouraging for a quick fix I'm afraid. I don't see how it "helps the page to load properly" when the very thing you are looking for is simply removed!! It's not a question of waiting patiently, like new featured listings showing up-- I've kept the page open for hours & nothing appears. Please report to Etsy using the chat function so maybe, just maybe they'll realize that this is a problem that actually needs solving!

Thanks for the update @CuriousArtLab! I will report to chat and hope eventually they'll get around to fixing it!
You may want to remove the reply in your message before a mod does (the forum rules don't allow copy/pasting of DMs/chats)
Oh thanks for the heads-up! @BlueBuddhaBoutique I don't use forums much so I didn't realize! Unfortunately I was too late for the edit but I reported myself, ha!
Does anyone have an update on this? This feature has been broken for a while and it's so frustrating there's no report of the bug, or any way to contact Etsy about it and get an ETA for the fix.
Just wanted to come back and say thank you to @triciaRobinsonShop, @CuriousArtLab and @BlueBuddhaBoutique for coming back on this thread.
It's still not working for me and driving me mad as I really like to know my best sellers across various timeframes.
If any of you hear back, would you let me know. @CuriousArtLab, I was busy eating cheese so didn't see the see the response you got before it was removed. What was the gist?
@relovedbuttons, I did get in touch with Etsy about it where I was given instructions to try different browsers etc etc. I let them know other users were experiencing the same and it was just localized to my account/PC
This was the last response I received 18 days ago!
"It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue that our engineering team is looking into. I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their investigation so they have more information to work with.
Thank you so much for reporting this, it lets us know how widespread the issue is and helps our teams prioritize fixes. "
Thank you. I've started a tally chart for Jan to see which items I'm selling.
Well, I'm just seeing this too. Not on all my listings, but on some. How very very annoying.
This just reinforces our belief that shops need to keep their own records and not rely on Etsy. Maybe they plan on rolling out some of these features out as paid for upgrades.
