Stats and offsite Ads page dropdown (history) - doesn't work

the drop down options for the Stats and Off-site Ads is not working..I told someone in chat this a few days ago..nothing has changed since

I want to see the history of my offsite ADs... much easier than going through every charge and every line in your finance area...it's a good idea...just want it to work......why offer it, to us, if the facility to see it, cannot be used...I can only see the last sale..that's it..I feel I actually guided (that sale to my store .....links I have on my Pinterest page...to my Etsy Store)...but I can't prove it

@JulleenJewels Did you go to Settings > Offisite Ads > See Offsite Ad Stats ?

You need to set up the date range you want to see, you can go back  2 years to october 2021

I'm having the same issue.  I can only get the last day's stats to work.  Beyond that I get a whoopsie.

Etsy is NOT being transparent regarding what was clicked on and where the advertisement appeared. I contacted chat about it over a week ago. I got a typical type of answer: fake concern and thanking for bringing it to their attention, the declaration that it will be sent to a specialist to look into, etc. Uh huh... still waiting. I can't justify 12% EXTRA fees without some sort of evidence as to how that fee came about. Ridiculous.

on the - stats - offsite ad stats

the left hand, is the item clicked on, day, and platform, the right hand, is what they bought,

If your evidence shows that the left hand column is wrong, then raise a ticket.

If you don't have google analytics configured, then configure it, and you can check the left hand column is actually an etsy paid for click on that at, day platform etc.

etsy gives us the facility to set it up and check the information they give us, independently, so if in doubt, use it.

there are large shops that use google analytics, all the time, not one has ever said there was an error with offsite ads.

You know what they say... a picture is worth a thousand words. This is definitely not right. Any date range for 2023 pulls up this information. Any date range at all pulls up the red Whoops banner. It is definitely not working correctly and I/we are blindly paying without documentation to back up where the sale generated or what date it was clicked on. I do have GA4 enabled and configured for something; I can see reports and live ; I am not GA4 tech savvy and can't figure out how to see paid ad information. Can you find paid ad information in GA4 without knowing the click date? I'd love to take a GA4 course/information specifically for the Etsy user; most videos I've watched seem to be geared toward people with their own site and paying for their own ads and have control of inserting meta tags and what not to track where as with Etsy we have no control over entering custom content into the web design. Right now GA4 is just a fun tool without any real insight regarding ads.

agreed...and no use asking for help with any solutions...they just talk until they exhaust you nothing comes of any of it....funny thing is hardly any visits to my store these days..and sales? have slowed down like never before

@JulleenJewels  Exactly! I really don't feel that I should pay for an ad fee without a some details on the "bill" showing me what I'm paying for.

I've had a ticket in for awhile on this.  The red Whoopsie I've been seeing for months.
