Pretty sure someone said this, but when they implement something "new" they ALWAYS mess with other things in the shops. I was warned before, but I finally got the requirement to "update" the information on my business here on Etsy. I keep it updated at all times, but they are purposely requiring a new upload to make sure there is a "change" of any kind to force people to verify their business information. They claim it's a law, which it technically is a law to have updated business information, but I'm not sure it requires you to be forced to re-upload the exact same information. No matter what... I can almost guarantee that THIS is the reason things are not working correctly!
im not sure if im the only one but the stats on my shop have not updated for the past 14 hours. Says I have 57 views but 0 visit. Am I the only one? Usually with 56 views at least half of them would have visited
Stats were not updating at all since sometime yesterday. They appear to have started updating now. Views are in real time so they should be as "accurate" as usual (they do contain bot views), however visits are delayed and only update when stats update so until it says visits "just now," visits are going to be behind so still could have not updated since yesterday, so 0 visits would make total sense.
Etsy stats are only "accurate" several times a day at the time of a stats update.
Same thing for me, it came back but now no home stats page at all in the app, and same with orders. Can see listings and community forums but no stats, no orders… just a try again message. This is constant problems the last few months
I have listed 30 new artworks in August and half of them hasn’t got a single view. My shop is invisible.
Etsy doesn’t show EU sellers for buyers in the US, that’s the largest issue for me. I guess the new tariffs are the reason for Etsys decision to make all non US sellers invisible for US buyers but original artworks are tariff free - Etsy doesn’t take that into account.
