Stats Not Updating

It has been almost 14 hours that views and visits are not updating. Anyone experiencing the same?

Same in UK but is fairly irrelevant. Happens now and then as other posters have said and sales still flowing through. It will update in time without any major drama

Same here in US.  Seems to happen every couple of months and you wake up to the dead zone on your dashboard.

That’s happened before, so I’m not too worried. Although 14 hours is really long!

It’s funny because the ads are working, but when I try to check my shop on eRank, it says it’s inactive.

I'm so glad I found this thread.

After being completely unmotivated and reeling from having to switch off US shipping, to check the stats this morning, only to see zero views and zero activity, I nearly felt like throwing in the towel.

Feeling moderately better that it's just (yet another) blip.

Same here my stats haven’t updated for 14 hours now.
Glad to see I’m not the only one, looks like a general glitch.

Has anyone had a sale during the stats freeze? That would seriously calm my nerves. The best plot twist would be if my stats were actually alive and just ignoring me.

Every time they run some kind of test or update in the dashboard, it coincides with the stats dying, drop in views or being stuck

Yep, same here. Stats have been working terrible for the past weeks, completely unreliable.  I can't remember the last time the site worked as it should,  it is a long lost memory. Not one day passes by without an Etsy site drama/glitch/issue/useless test.
