Stats Not Updating

It has been almost 14 hours that views and visits are not updating. Anyone experiencing the same?

My stats say 0 for today, yet I had 4 orders this morning and 2 were purchased today, so the stats page is obviously wrong/broke.

There is definitely a glitch happening in a few areas - not just the stats, sales, reviews, but I did a refund yesterday and got charged to my payments in my Etsy Shop admin AND my bank account. I contacted support last night and they told me I needed to contact the buyer, that it was because she didn't choose a refund method. Still doesn't make sense why I got double-charged for the refund. The buyer tried to choose a method, but the order I canceled is no longer in her list of orders - it just disappeared. Something is definitely going on in the system. Hopefully, they get it fixed ASAP.

I know this has happened before, but I don’t remember one as long as the 15 hours I’ve got right now. Has anyone here had a sale even with the stats ‘silence’? That would make me feel soooooo much calmer...

Yes, I had 3 sales even though my seller stats show zero. I am advertising a few items so from that I am able to see all of my views but other than that no stats at all.

On the Etsy dashboard, no data has been available for the past 9 hours. Are you experiencing something similar? Is there any abnormal situation?

In France, statistics are dead, as are sales! Customs duties in the US are ok, but we have become invisible in worlwide....

Stats  have not updated for 12 hours - I suspect the techs are making changes for the US tariff changes.... but it could be anything, wouldnt it be great if there was dashboard where Etsy could inform their users or current issues and future scheduled sites updates?

I'm in UK and just realised that my items are not showing up in search to US customers, what's going on?

I'm in the US and my stats are not even showing up a time that it was last updated. It's just blank! I noticed the past few weeks that the stats are not updating very often, but this is different.
