Hello.In my store "ARVOLES" this month stopped updating the response rates to messages in the "Star Seller". At least 2 new message chains were opened in June, but statistics show that there were no messages.Please correct the error. Thank you.
Etsy support isn't here in forums. Contact them directly if you have an issue for them to address.
It doesn’t count if you open them. Only the messages you receive.
Were they within the past 4 days or so? There's usually a delay before things show up on the CSVs.@SunnytyDE She probably means that conversations were started.
