Star Seller rate wrong for delivery time

Hello on 2 of my private sale listed orders both show as not timely for delivery. However they were both delivered on time, if not earlier than expected. How do I get thus fixed? 

This affected my star for May and June. I pride myself on being on time for my customers.i purchase all my labels from Etsy to prevent any problems. I don't understand why this is happening. 

What information do you need from me to fix this?

You need to contact Etsy. We’re just other sellers here.

 This is where it says to go to dispute this.... "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."

Yes it does say that.

No idea why. Etsy never reply to these threads, and nobody's data is ever changed.

It's not delivery time, it's dispatch time with tracking

..................Has a history of dispatching on time with tracking.

I had a "late item" that arrived earlier than the customer was expecting.  I have been dinged on my star status as well.  I have had 100% shipping out on time (early actually) until this one.  They have me at 88% shipping on time.  No way to contact Etsy over this issue.  SO frustrating!!!  Where is the customer service FROM Etsy to it's sellers?

I had a friend look at the excel sheet and my sales receipt and she believes that I didn't click a processing time frame when I created the listing. Not sure how that is even possible to get around because it would give me an error and stop me from listing the item if I didn't choose a shipping profile. So basically I'm getting "dinged" for a system problem not a customer satisfaction.... that is utterly ridiculous!!!! 

****Etsy if you ever read this, FIX this issue. That badge may not mean a lot to you but having something that shows I am 100% faithful and reiable to my customers means a lot to me and to other sellers on your platform!!!
