I was reading the new conditional requirements for setting up a new shop and it very strange to me that there is no phone number for support, no email contact for support, no clearly identifiable way to contact anyone.  The article I read said they are having people send ID and asking them to also send a snapshot from your computer to validate you are who you say you are - I send the ID but was never directed to send a snapshot.

My "account" is frozen and I can't seem to update anything.  I get a response that says we are sorry something went wrong, please try again later.  I have been trying for a couple of weeks now.

Is anyone familiar with these issues or experiencing the same things?  How did you resolve it?

Thanks in advance.... I don't know where else to bring up my issues for a positive resolution.

Etsy uses a support ticket system like many other sites do. There is a direct link to start a support ticket in every shops shop manager. 

If you are able to get to shop manager (I'm not sure if that's even an option when shop is suspended sorry) then just go to Shop Manager > Help > Contact us. 

That will take you straight to the support ticket system to start a support ticket. They offer live chat, phone call back or email options. The available options vary depending on the issue and time of day etc. If you don't have access to your shop manager to get there that way then try this direct link to start a support ticket (it may or may not work) https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling
