Searched Etsy using ‘private’ now I can’t sign in.

Hello.  Can anyone help me sign in to my shop.  I’m using an old iPad to sign in and write about my problem.

a couple of days ago I put myself in private mode to see where I was in the pecking order.  I then thought I’d reverted back to normal mode but can’t now sign in to my shop.  It keeps telling me that an error has occurred.  I’ve tried putting my email and password in manually instead of using saved passwords but it’s still selling me there’s an error.

it only seems to Etsy.  I have no problem signing in to my eBay shop.

Any ideas as to what I can do.  I’m not very tech savvy at all (age 65) so please use simple words for my simple brain.  Thank you to anyone who takes the time to help.

If you are still having this problem, clear your cache. It may be that the pages you looked at incognito is causing Etsy to error out on you.
