Start Seller Not Tracking All Messagees

I recently hit 92.8% on my message response rate but after downloading the data only 14 messages are shown in the entire review period (July 1- September 30). When I have 25 separate message threads in that time period. With only 1 of those messages not responded to within 24 hours, that puts my response rate at 96% thus earning the badge.

I have made star seller every month since the program started and not due to this bug I have not earned it. Quite irritating.

Hi there,

The Message response rate counts only all messages initiated by other Etsy members, both buyers, and other sellers. Please note that Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.
