I checked all the marks to qualify for Starseller Badge except that the minimum orders says pending but it's been pending for a long time. It says minimum 5 and I got 17. I am over a month old store so I don't know how it works? Just nice to get a Badge but that part is not budging to be at pending. Any insights?
You need to have your store at least 3 months from your 1st sale to qualify
Yep, 90 days is the threshold for star seller to be awarded
90 days from the first sale.
90 days from the first sale, and then only on the first of the following month.
@LilButtButtsNBeyond It appears that since you were unaware of this basic rule, that you might not yet have read the rules regarding Star Seller. I highly and sincerely recommend that you do so as many veteran/seasoned sellers get tripped up by not knowing the basic rules for attaining the badge because they simply did not read the rules. If you read them now, you will know what to expect when you are finally eligible.
it's a short read but well worth the time spent doing it, in my opinion.
You are not eligible until it's been 90 days from your first sale. Awards aren't given mid-month. So if your first sale was November 12th, then the first time you would be eligible for the SS is March (approx. Feb 12 would be the 90 days, and March is the next first of the month).
It's not just 5 orders, there's also a $300 requirement.
As others stated, please read the full rules during this time. That is all spelled out in the program. If you missed that then there is a chance you missed something else which may not be relevant now, but will be at a later time when you are actually eligible.
24 sales in a month is good for someone who just opened. But the star seller works off of the first 3 full months of statistics. While you're reading about the rules for the star seller, make sure you read the rules about IP violations. Onesie is the protected property of Gerber and you cannot legally use it to describe your items. If Gerber sees this, they can have your shop shut down. Better to call it a one piece.
That is incorrect, they can use the name Onesie if they are actually using Gerber Onesies (and according to the photos they are, I see the Gerber tag).
BUT, they need to write it out properly according to Gerber's rules. Which is easily found by doing a search of something like 'how to write Gerber Onesie name in a product listing'.
