I have a 90% this month, July 1st for not providing a tracking number for a custom listing I created on May 11th. This happened on May 11th so it showed up in my June Star sellers info as a 94% and now the same May 11th none tracking is showing up in July at 90%. This is the second month, that it is keeping me from the program. If this happened on May 11th way does it show up on June and July's report?
this month Marchs numbers dropped off, and Junes numbers were added, so you must have shipped more in June than in March, which why the percentage has gone up.
@NgoBolingo: Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and is based on the preceding three month period. Remember that for the July Star (data from April, May, and June), you need to look at the "previous period" data, what you see on your Star Seller page now is the metrics for the August badges and star (data from May, June, and July). https://www.etsy.com/starseller
