My customer service stats have been updated and is now showing I’m only ‘ on the way to star seller’ and will be reviewed again in October but I have all 3 badges:

100% response rate 

97% dispatch rate

5 star reviews 

so why am I not showing as star seller now after the update?

You also need a minimum of 5 orders and $300.

You also need to watch that you don't have items that violate Etsy policies, such as Labubu (IP theft) and visible swear words on first images.
