Errors in Etsy’s automatic system have stopped me getting star seller for two months now. Last month it said my dispatch was 93% on time which was completely wrong it was 100% and this month it’s 94% because it says 2 orders don’t have tracking info. These 2 orders are international which never have tracking and this problem has never occurred before so why suddenly now?? The labels were still bought via Etsy so what’s the problem? I want my star seller back it’s driving me crazy and making me lose profit undeservingly

If the labels were purchased through Etsy labels, then they should not affect your stats. Not sure why it is not showing star seller in your shop, which is strange as it is showing all your badges.

Have to tried requesting a call back from Etsy, to see if they can see what is causing this?

I think Etsy wants tracking on any order over $15

International orders are not exempt from the requirement for tracking.  If the order is over the limit required by Etsy (I think it is $10 in US and up to $15 elsewhere), if the order is over that minimum value, tracking is required.  Shipping without tracking is non-compliant under Star Seller rules.

But my international orders have never had tracking because the delivery service doesn’t offer it unless the buyers pay extra. And the labels are still purchased through Etsy which meets the requirements. I talked to Etsy support and they agreed with everything I said so I’m not sure why they’re not taking any action.
