I had  11 sales and the criteria for star seller is 5. When will I get credit for the sales.

It is not just based on the amount of sales, the criteria includes shipping, messaging, reviews, sales volume and you also have to be selling on Etsy a minimum of 3 months 

• Message response rate: 95%+ of first messages in a thread are responded to within 24 hours. This stat is only considered if you receive new messages during the review period.

• On-time dispatch & tracking: 95%+ of orders dispatch on time with tracking or with a postage label purchased on Etsy

• Ratings average: Your average rating is 4.8 or higher.

• You must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and 300 USD in sales during the 3-month review period, and you must have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale.

Even if you have met all the criteria the stars are given out on the first day of the month, not mid month.  You can check your stats on your star seller dashboard.

The order metric will remain pending until you reach 90 days from the date of your first sale.

@JackiesDecorLove: Star Seller is only calculated and awarded on the first of the month, based on the data from the previous three month period. If you meet all the qualifications on October 1 you will be awarded the badges and star.
