Hi My star seller badge has been taken off me this month.
A message did not come through to the App so I lost marks for that, and it is saying orders did not have tracking on them but 100% of my orders have tracking on them.
My tracking is 100% entered for the counted period. However, one of the tracking numbers did not receive any documented pick up, shipment or delivery information from the carrier. The item has been received by my buyer. Etsy did count this against me even though I have no control over the situation. It dropped my percentage down to 96%. Is it possible that this happened to one of your orders? You can check by downloading the information.
The Star program is a very simplistic one. It is expected that sellers will float in and out of it due to so many things being out of their control which the program can't accommodate or understand. In addition there are some very strong Etsy sellers offering continuous positive customer service who will never achieve it. It can help to keep this in mind for perspective.
