Cannot find my listings on Etsy

Hi,

We just launched our shop last evening on Etsy 'JCEssentialsAU' but when we search for the products, they can't be seen on the listing with the Key words for which we have added. Nether can the Shop be found by the Name 

Can you kindly look into this issues

I found your shop searching on the shop name.  You have to search for the shop name, not as if it is a keyword or item.  There is a drop down on the search bar.

Well, someone "found" your Shop as you have already made one Sale which is remarkable if you only opened last evening. Well Done!

Your Shop and Listings are indexed for Etsy Search

To find your Shop, enter the Shop Name in the Etsy Search Bar and then look for "Find Shops with ......." under this Search Bar.

For your peoduct, Search will show different results for different people and, even, for the same person. If you continually look for something but the returned results do not bring a Sale, Etsy Search AI will decide that this is, actually, not what you are looking for and, next time, will show something different.

You also need to set up your shop/listing policies for returns and exchanges.  I don't see any on the listing I checked out.

In the shop manager, go to "settings" then "policy settings," then "returns," and after you select your return policy, select "cancellations."

It takes some time to get up and running.  From doing a search on "Australian kangaroo post earrings" I came up with a lot of results.  So you are in a very saturated/competitive space.

Tags should contain 2 or 3 words each, not single words. I was able to find some of your products in search using the keywords in your titles.
