i saw that I could not be a star seller because I could not enter the cargo tracking code in the product sale. however, the cargo tracking number has now been entered and it seems that all cargo deliveries have been made now. could you please help?

There are 5 things you need to meet to be a star seller, not just tracking.

Star seller stats can not be manually updated after the fact.  It's all run by computer programs that employees can't mess with.

@OTTOMANROSARYSHOP: Presuming that you have meet all of the other requirements and focusing on just the shipping, is the shipper supported by Etsy?  Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. If yes, usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto adjust.

@OTTOMANROSARYSHOP Are you shipping with PTT or UPS/DHL/FedEx? Most PTT Tracking numbers do not work for Etsy SSP Program. But most UPS/DHL/FedEx Tracking Numbers do. You can look this up for yourself in the "Aftership" Database.

You do have to manually enter the Shipping Tracking Number and Etsy gives you three days after the date due to ship to enter this information.
