Please check my Star seller status! I lost it this month, but I don't understand the reason!
My message respond rate was 95 % !!! It is perfect for the Star seller brand.

Hi, Etsy will likely not respond to this asking for help, you will need to contact etsy support directly for them to look into the problem
We are sellers in the Forums. We are not technicians. I wish we were. I would delete the whole Star Seller Program. lol.

Go to dashboard - click on see my performance - message response rate - message breakdown.
Etsy doesn't need to be contacted unless there is a mistake there (which there won't be 99.999999999% of the time).
Make sure that you're looking at your "Last review period" tab and not your "Current review period" tab. This is often the issue.
Make sure you respond to ALL messages including those from sellers you’ve purchased from. Some sellers mistakenly think they don’t have to respond to a message that isn’t from a buyer. Etsy counts ALL messages for Star Seller.
My experience is the star seller program has resulted in decreased sales.
