Message tracking not correct. I was not given my star seller for one message being missed and this is not accurate. How can one missed message take away my star seller status after having it all year long?

if you download the csv, it will show you the messages responded to, and missed

It is done over the last 3 months, so for the stars you have now, it was for August, Sept, and Oct

if you had 19 or less message threads in total, and you missed one, that's less than 95%, which is the target you have to reach
