The dashboard and star seller platform is showing "5 pending orders" though I have been completing them timely. How to resolve this issue?

After checking your Star Seller, we can see that only one order is affecting your Star Seller. Please know that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for the On-time shipping score to update. You can double-check the order that is affecting your Star Seller by downloading the CSV file. Simply go to Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > select the On-time shipping & tracking tile > select the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

For tracking, we have a tracking partner which is Aftership. Please check if the carrier and the tracking number match and if it is supported in Aftership and if it will show tracking events. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, are not listed as a supported carrier, not showing tracking events on Aftership, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.
If your order does not ship or does not include valid/supported tracking information that Etsy can confirm, you must wait for 45 days to pass from the sale dates for your funds to be available for deposit.

Are they orders that you shipped already but weren't marked as completed? Can you manually mark them completed if this is the case?
@BEDAZZLEAU : Are you having this issue using an Etsy app or via mobile browser or desktop browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).

Kindly, shipping info for all orders had been updated. I can see the tracking ids on the completed orders but still a few orders are mentioning " no tracking"
Why is it so?
Also, the payment is in reserve. Kindly, help me solve this issue as soon as possible.
@BEDAZZLEAU : Is it the CSV file that says no tracking or the orders? Have the packages been scanned? Our experience is that the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation).
The reserve question may be an unrelated issue and if you have not yet done so, you may want to contact Etsy support. This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here).
Actually, I entered a shipping carrier that is not listed by etsy. The tracking ids with this shipping carrier is creating orders in reserve. What should be the solution?
