It says I didn't get star seller because I was late on one message but I was not. When I went to support it said to post here. Is there anything I can do. It said someone messaged me on October 4 and I replied on the 6th but they messaged me on the 5th.

It is obvious why support is sending people here. It is a help button with no batteries installed.
Passing the buck.
Time is based on GMT, so perhaps that accounts for the date difference. Examine the dates and times in the CSV file.
@BeadandGem: The CSV file is in UTC not in your time zone. If you subtract the message date and time from replied date and time you will probably find that it is greater than 24 hours.
I know that the phone support and live chat support folks tell you to post here for help but it's just us sellers here. The live chat and phone call back support people are just a call center folks. They are very very limited in the issues they can help with and pretty much just repeat what's in the help center articles. Unfortunately the Help Center article says the same incorrect thing- to post here.

it says "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."
But they changed this to a peer to peer support forum a few years ago so it's just us sellers here sadly. Occasionally an admin will pop in if there is a major issue going on but generally it's just us sellers. If you need more help from etsy support you will need to contact them again but this time use the email option. That is the only one that will get you to an actual etsy employee vs the call center folks.
Keep in mind that the bit I pasted above from Help Center does say "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges." so don't expect them to change it or adjust it for you.
Yeah the live chat is no help. I still have an unresolved issue(says they can't verify my business info which the same error happened last year and I had to fix and did but is happing again.) I contacted chat for that issue and they said I would hear back in 72 hours. Over 2 weeks later I basically get a form email. Won't bother trying to contact them again. Guess I'll just have to turn on automatic reply and wait 3 months. Star seller doesn't mean much to me if you can lose it over one person who you did message in less than a day and who did a help request that an item was missing from their order and then they said never mind I found it. I try to reply right away but they messaged me at like 1am so I was sleeping and I messaged them back the very next day something like thanks for letting us know that you found them.
