An order that was placed on 8/29 and was shipped the same day on 8/29 using Etsy shipping labels stated that I didn't ship on time??? But I did!
I checked all shipping profiles & none of them are missing processing times. I can see maybe if this was a custom order that was missed, but this was an item that was for sale in my shop already using a profile that had processing times added.
Order # | Link to order | Had processing time? | Order placed | Ship by | Tracking/label date | Shipped on time? |
[REMOVED] | [REMOVED] | no | 8/29/2022 | -- | 8/29/2022 | no |
If you look at the USPS tracking for this item [REMOVED] you can see, that the item was purchased on 8/29, I created the Etsy mailing label on 8/29 and USPS picked it up also on 8/29. So how did I miss shipping on time?
Hello!

It’s because you had no processing time set. That’s part of the criteria.
@squigglechick : Have you checked the applicable CSV file to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
Presuming that your shipping profiles are correctly set up, you might want to read Etsy's response on https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Dinged-twice-for-a-missing-processing-time-NOT-MISSIN...
This happens to me alot, and is corrected the next day. Very frustrating.

In the column that says "Had Processing" there is "NO"
In the column that sats "Ship By" there is "- -"
This indicates that your Listing had no Processing timeframe so the "Ship By" column could not detect a date against which to assess the date the Item Shipped / Label was created.
If you are sure that the Shipping Profile did have a "Processing" timeframe, you may have to open a Customer Support ticket with Etsy to see why the programming did not detect your "Processing" information.
