Star seller status

Hi - I think I have complied with all the requirements of star seller for December but I still lost the status for this month. I replied to all messages before 12 pm on November 30; there was no message received after that. Today (December 1 morning at 7 am PST) the message response rate is showing 96% (the criteria I missed according to the etsy website). Can someone help look at this? December is a very important month for a small business as mine and appreciate any help.

Etsy usually cuts off the month early. Download a CSV so you can see which messages are not counting.

@AmbicaNewYork: This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

You need to check the applicable CSV file to see which new threads Etsy thinks you did not answer in time.

If your Star Seller page has updated, remember that the stats you now see are for the January star (October, November and December). The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the December Star (September, October and November).
