Star seller status removed

Hello, my star seller status was removed for October. The same buyer wrote from different accounts, I answered him, but did not notice that these were different accounts, and I answered in the second account, because I thought that this was the same thread. I fulfilled all the wishes of the buyer, but lost the star seller status, this greatly affects my store. What can I do?

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. It has been known for a while now and is also included in the terms that you have to reply to each new thread, even if it does not require a reply. Or put it in spam (you could always try this and see if it updates in 24hrs)

I am really sorry, unfortunately you have to answer all the new threads. I don't think being a star seller really afftects our shops. I have lost it for some time but my revenue did not change.

@VintageBijouStore

I'm sorry to hear this. Reread the starseller conditions, and make sure you understand all the details.

EACH thread requires one initial reply within 24 hours.

Alternatively, mark a redundant message as spam, it might update overnight, but if it restores the star seller calculation, I don't know.

Activate auto-reply, and each message will be replied to as well.

If you pay good attention this month, your starseller could be back next month.

Best wishes!

Re: Star seller status removed

from the very start you have had to reply to each new message thread

etsy highlights them in BLUE, so you can't miss them,

also, etsy separates out "help requests" because they are the ones that start the clock ticking for a case to be opened, so it is very, very important to reply, because
1. if you don't reply, and they open a case, etsy automatically refunds the buyer from the seller account
2. You need to address the actual message, in case they do end up opening a case
