Did you use an Etsy label?

yes shipping was purchased through etsy,.  I shipped it the same day as the order was placed. Normally I ship within 24hrs of order being placed. 

Not sure why I would be penalized for shipping early?

It was auto I ordered shipping through etsy

when you mark complete, you have to enter the correct shipper, and tracking number, by the latest dispatch date

and remove all healing and metaphysical claims

You only say it shipped early. Has the due date passed yet? Even if you shipped early, it doesn't update until it's due.

Do you mean you have a 1 day processing? 

Do you mean that you normally ship within 1 day, regardless of your processing time? 

When was the order due to ship by?

I have 1 day processing time,. This specific order was processed sooner,. / processed same day as order,.  not sure there is answer / solution,. Etsy said to post tech issue here,.

@ElestialJewelry: It appears that often an order is not counted until after the scheduled ship by date regardless of when you actually shipped.
