Star seller status at risk because tracking code is registered as not existing

For the second time this month I have shipped in time and added the tracking code to an order but when I download the data from Etsy it says that these 2 listings have not shipped in time and do not have a tracking code.

This puts my star seller status at risk. Have any of you experienced this as well? What can I do to prevent losing my star seller status?

Re: Star seller status at risk because tracking code is registered as not existing

@Coollect: "... 2 listings have not shipped in time and do not have a tracking code." Two separate metrics here - shipped on time and shipped with (verifiable) tracking.

What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

If that does not work, make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

"... shipped in time ..." Was the order marked as complete (shipped) on or before the scheduled ship by date? Has the package been scanned?
