Auto Renew

My sales have completely crashed in the past couple months. We have a normal slowdown after Christmas but this is ridiculous!

We discovered today that over half of our listings were supposed to renew back in 2022 and 2023, but they did not. Everything is on auto renew!! 

Listings that I used to sell multiples of every week, I have not sold in months.

ETSY SHOPS BEWARE!!! If you are not selling stuff, it might be because your items are thousands of pages back in a search because they haven't renewed in over a year or more! 

Please fix this problem, Etsy!

They won't be showing at all if they haven't renewed.  You have a lot of listings to keep track of!

If those listings didn't auto renew, then they were no longer listed at all.  Expired listings won't show up in search.  A good idea is to keep an eye on your expired listings just in case something goes wrong and then list them as soon as you can because when they are unlisted for too long, it does affect their placement in search.

The few I looked at showed more than 1 available so they should be renewing when 1 is sold. I’m not sure where the problem is.

OMG . . .We are having the same problem. We have over 1400 listing that are supposed to be active but about HALF of them have expired (BUT are still in our ACTIVE folder!). They were all on auto-renew but did not renew! Yet they still show up as active!!! We have been wondering why our sales have been so low, and found this situation! I contacted Etsy (through CHAT because I can talk to a REAL person there anymore) and they saw the ONE item that I called out and de-activated it so that I had to re-list it. BUT, Etsy doesn't seem to understand that ABOUT HALF OF OUR 1400 listings have this issue!!!!! I don't really want to re-list all of them at once. We purposely spread out our listings for billing purposes. So, we have been renewing about 20 listings each day. It will take MONTHS to get them all back active without get slammed with a huge listing fee! Etsy definitely needs to fix this!
