My star seller stats say 1 order without tracking. This is incorrect as the tracking is clearly shown on the order. How do I get this changed?
@WeddingDressBox: Did you check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page (last review period for October star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. An unsupported shipping company or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
"How do I get this changed?" Etsy has said that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats or correct user data entry errors, however they have been able in some case to correct the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).
The order was received 07-08023, dispatched 08-08-23, delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide, Feedback received, Tracking number i showing on order. On CSV no tracking.
