ID Verification

I am a new shop who just went thru the opening my shop last week. I logged back into my shop to discover Etsy had placed it in  "Vacation Mode".
I was asked to upload my ID for verification purposes, which was completed on 10/6. This upload is still showing as "pending". I've reached out to support for help and received a canned response to upload my ID again. With my first ID upload still showing as pending do I need to upload my ID again? Should I keep waiting for them to review my current upload from almost a week ago?

@PinkDoorCollective  I think if you received a canned response telling you to upload your I.D. (which you already did), I would Reply to that canned response "I still need help". And state that you already uploaded the I.D., which is pending.
