Star seller stat is incorrect

Who do I contact with a stat that is incorrect on my shop?

shows that I did not respond to a message but I did respond the same day.  I’ve already tried to rectify in a chat but was sent over here to try??
Super difficult to get help on Etsy as a seller??

No idea why they keep sending people to write posts in the forum that etsy doesn't respond in.

Telling sellers to write here is just a pointless waste of time.

They want people in the forum to tell the poster that Etsy won't do anything about SS issues, so they don't have to do it themselves.
