I lost my speedy replies badge because I didn’t reply immediately to someone who is clearly trying to sell me something and was not a customer. How do I get that fixed. I’m not going to respond to every spammer.
Update: I found the way to mark the message as spam and did so. This still hasn’t fixed my status and not replying to that spam message is being counted against me.
Give it a few days. The system doesn't sync automatically, and it can take a couple days for it to be removed from your metrics.
You need to mark it as spam. It should go away. You can't ignore ANY messages.

@SlydawgDesigns: Almost everyone on this forum can sympathize with you but as it says right on your Star Seller page and elsewhere, you need to reply to the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else. If it is SPAM then it should be marked as such.

Marking an unanswered new thread as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two if the original message was within the current star seller period (but not retroactively).
