I have 7 orders showing on star seller eligibility- Missing tracking. All orders have tracking purchased via Etsy. One of the orders showing tracking is unavailable BUT I just confirmed with the buyer that she received the order 2 weeks ago.
the other 6 have valid tracking purchased via Etsy and shipped. But show as “missing” tracking. Yet when I pull the orders up they show transit. How do I get this fixed since it’s going to affect my star seller for august.

Please remember that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for the On-Time Shipping score to update. To get a closer breakdown of your orders that affected your Star Seller, we strongly recommend that you download the CSV file by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On-time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

We've double-checked the 7 orders that were tagged as no tracking on your previous review period, and here's what we found out. It appears that 5 orders were marked as shipped after the cut-off period, and you've also changed the Ship-by-date on other 2 orders from October 31 to November 3, after the cut-off period. Please know that when calculating a seller's Star Seller status at the end of the month, we use UTC, not the seller's local time zone. This may be confusing because the messages and shipping CSVs are converted to a seller's own time zone, but the cut-off for reviews and shipping details to be considered in a seller's status is 11:59pm UTC on the last day of the month.

I am experiencing the same issue...!
First class mail or First Class package. If an Etsy flat/letter they have been accepting that as okay for SS because the system is not working correctly.
If these were packages, did you ship within your processing time frame, not after? Did USPS accept the packages. The other thing is the tracking has to show acceptance.
Did you ship the item before your processing time began? That can cause issues with the tracking not showing up.
I don't know the software Etsy uses but it seems to have specific parameters.
You can contact Etsy and ask about it. No guarantees they will change but they might. Worth a shot.
@MJadeBows Are you purchasing labels through Etsy or elsewhere? And as @ArtDollsbyJD asked, are your shipping with First Class (Letter) or First Class Package? If the later, and accessing Etsy via browser, when you look at an order and there is a tracking history on the order page then obviously Etsy has the tracking number. You should also be able to see the actual tracking number. "Unavailable" is a strange status for a tracking number on the order page, usually if it is an invalid or incorrectly entered tracking number the status is "Pre Transit". Have you downloaded and looked at the CSV file for shipping from your Etsy Star Seller page? If not, that may give you better idea of what Etsy thinks is going on with your orders.

Sorry, I just re-read, you said these are old label purchases, I was going to say if this was a recent labels purchase, give it about 24-48 hours for it to update accurately. Weekends may take longer to update. I get that all the time, also with pushing out ship dates. It updates eventually and simply says missing tracking until the update. But if these are long ago label purchases, idk, sorry.

Did they ever resolve this for you? I had this happen for this month and did not get my Star Seller badge because of it-it dropped me to 94% because "7 orders were missing tracking info" even though they ALL have tracking info and labels were purchased through Etsy.

Hello, having the same issue. Started in November that orders dispatched with tracking (18 orders) in the cvs file appear as missing tracking. Not doing anything differently from last month but on time dispatch rate is down to 79%. If you could have a look at, please? Thank you. Nora

Yes, the same is happening for me. I have done nothing differently. I purchased through Etsy per usual and shipped within my shipping times. All orders have been delivered and it still says no tracking number provided. This is hurting my star seller process!

There are lots of glitches. I have answered all messages within twenty-four hours except for one that I marked as spam at least six weeks ago. My message response rate is too low for star seller. It's been like that for close to two months.
