Star seller shipping target affected

I shipped an order yesterday well within timeframe with tracking information and it is showing up as not shipped on time and no tracking info for order which is incorrect and has brought my star seller shipping target below 95%

Same thing for me yesterday. Order shipped days early, USPS tracking number entered and it's now showing in my stats as shipped late with no tracking. Chat was of no help.

This happens to me - usually updates in 24 hours when the tracking kicks in after you drop at USPS

Wait 24 hours to see if it updates.  It should once the scan reaches the 24 hour point which means the item is in transit.

@HomesteadIrons: A quick search of the forum would show you that you are not alone. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

Update on my situation - shipping with tracking has now been updated back to 100%. This was the first time seeing this delay which led to incorrect stats the next day.

thank you all for your quick replies!  This was my first time using the forum which I’m learning is most likely easier on a pc than smartphone.  This transaction was also my first time using click and ship through usps so I wondered if that was part of the issue.
