Star seller sales not correct

Hello! I don't think my sales amounts are correct for star seller for October. My total sales for the period up to mid September were. $238.40. I then had a $64.00 sale, not counting tax and shipping but it was never added. How do I get this corrected?

When was that $64 sale? Was it on the last day of the month? If so was it later in the day? Star seller bits are in UTC time zone so it may not be counting it in September if it was already October 1 in UTC time when the sale happened.

It was Sept. 15. I have been watching for it to update but was told in a FB group it wouldn't until the end of the month.?

@SewNotRetiredToo; When did you receive the order? Remember that Star Seller stats are in UTC not your time zone so if it was on the last day, that might have been September 30 to you but October 1 to Star Seller. Not sure for the minimum dollar volume calculation but for shipping an order often is not included until after its scheduled ship by date.

The Star metrics are calculated automatically by bots.

There is no way to get it "corrected".

Etsy has said they will not retroactively award the star or adjust it.
