My Multiple Option Listing is Marked Sold Out After Only One Out of Five Options Picked/Sold

I had a sale today.  The listing had 5 options, one was purchased...and the listing is now marked as "Sold Out" with a renew option.  I previously sold an item from another listing with multiple options and was charged the .20 fee but the listing did not have to be renewed.  I tried contacting Etsy but their customer service is terrible (I tried messaging for an hour).  I'm a new Etsy seller but a veteran Ebay seller with thousands of sales so I'm not a rookie at selling.  Ebay is so much easier to navigate than Etsy.  Can anybody explain this to me.  Thanks!

You need to put in a separate quantity for each option. And each time one is sold, the listing will renew with a fee. As each option is sold, you'll see a sold out on that option but the others will still be available.
