Star seller removed

I was diagnosed with cancer in November 2023 and wanted to keep my Etsy business going whilst recovering from surgery etc. Things got difficult and I had to use the vacation option twice. Due to this my star seller status has been removed. I have reopened and I know that I am due for more surgery this month.

I think your shop looks great.  Kudos for tackling shipping on difficult items!  Don’t let the “Star Seller” removal get you down.  It is overrated and the lack of one badge would not keep me from buying from you.  Your feedback reflects excellent customer service and that would mean more to a shopper (IMO).  Just keep doing what you can do while you take care of your health.  Use vacation mode when you need to.  You can also post an announcement at the top of your shop, also adjust shipping profiles to give yourself extra time to ship as you recover.  
Keep going.  Don’t stress over Star Seller.

Thank you so much for your comments regarding my shop, it means a lot. Having the star seller status did get me more traffic but not always more sales. One of my shipments took over 1 month to arrive because Evri lost the parcel but I usually get orders out within the time specified. Perhaps I'm missing something .....I will look at that. My health is my my main concern at present that's for sure
