Star seller rating data

Hi - I’ve checked my star seller data for messages replied to and downloaded the messages. The last message that is being used to rate my speedy replies was received on the 11th of November but actually I have quite a few messages in my inbox (and replied to) since then. If they were used in my data it would tip me over into achieving star seller. Anyone know why this data hasn’t refreshed?

Are they all first messages or help requests? Those are the ones that count for star seller.

You downloaded the messages or the CSV file for messages?

@Quarrysedge: "Anyone know why this data hasn’t refreshed?"  A new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional delay.  Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
