we have realized that 2 messages we have received recently and answered within 24 hours were not taken into consideration for the star seller qualification. Does anybody know how to solve this? How can we get in touch with the technical service directly?

@KuestenstrolcheArt: Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
If the messages you refer to were the first message of a new incoming thread, generally speaking new threads are not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you actually answered and Star Seller stats seem to be updated once daily.
How recent were the messages? They take a bit to update, at least past the 24 hour window.
Waren diese Nachrichten auch die jeweils erste Nachricht in einem neuen Nachrichten-Thread oder waren das nachfolgende Nachrichten in einem bestehenden Nachrichten-Thread?
