Right now I have a 79% shipping average, which is completely inaccurate. It says I have 8 orders without tracking information. EVERY single order that I have sent out has a tracking number..... I went through 3 months of orders just to be sure. This is not the first time I have had issues with the star seller program, and it is very frustrating
@robynspath: Have you checked the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to confirm which orders Etsy thinks were shipped without tracking? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Are the packages showing a scanning history? An unsupported shipper or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
If everything is correct on the order, follow @CryzalisDesigns suggestion. While Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, they can sometimes fix the underlying data and the Star Seller stats will auto update.
If you contact Etsy with the order number and associated tracking number they can manually check and update this for you.
Are you using Etsy Labels? or manually entering the tracking numbers?
