Star seller miscalculation

One of my orders is marked as not having a tracking number, but it does have one. This has reduced my on time shipping & tracking score below the target. How can this be corrected?

If you use a carrier that the star seller bots don't recognize, you'll get a "no" for tracking. Shipping on time and using Etsy labels solves all tracking issues with star seller.

I am using Etsy labels, and I did ship on time with USPS.

Did the item say in transit when posted to USPS?  If not then Etsy does not recognize the item is shipped even if there is a tracking number.

I don’t know whether it said in transit or not. It was marked as shipped, but without tracking, but it does have a tracking number.

@SouthernHandsCrochet: Have you made sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order? (Just because you are using Etsy labels or some other integration does not mean that something did not go wrong.) And does the tracking number show as having been actually scanned?

Same with me

I had 100% tracking / shipping

suddenly two OLD orders are now saying no tracking

However tracking number is there with a full tracking history and marked DELIVERED

This is the second time this has happened to me.

I will be upset if this Etsy glitch caused me to lose my star seller status

When I download the list order details there are two OLD orders stating no tracking all of a sudden

When I go to the actual orders the tracking number is there together with all tracking details and delivery confirmation

Up until yesterday I had 100% tracking,  overnight it has changed to 98% for no reason
