Star seller messaging metrics are wrong

Hi,

so I'm 2% away from getting a badge for speedy replies next month but the Star Seller metrics has stopped counting the messages. I just went through the CSV and it has not counted the last 4 days of new messages (that includes new buyers reaching out for the first time, also I asked a friend to send me a message as a test - it does not show).

How can I fix this? I want that badge so bad for the next month!

@TheWallberry: Not to exclude a possible glitch, but a new thread is not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed, and the CSV files seem to be updated once a day so there may be a delay in the stats auto updating.

The csv is often lagging behind real time. There's still 2 weeks before they're calculated. A lot can still happen in that time.
