My star seller messaging data is incorrect and now after 7 consecutive months of being a star seller I’m about to have my badge taken away from me. My data spreadsheet notes I didn’t respond to a message from a specific customer, but the line below that has the same customer’s name and the indicator that I did respond. Can this be fixed? According to everything online looks like I’m out of luck.

My message inbox shows 2 threads with the customer, the data spreadsheet notes they were sent at the exact same time (down the the millisecond). I responded to one because I wasn’t going to write the same thing to the customer in 2 separate threads. Is this a glitch that it came through twice in the first place at the same time?
