It says I was late on one message, and yesterday it said I was almost to the 95th% and now I just checked and it says I’m at I’m at 75% and not close to the 95%. Since that one message that I was a little bit late on I’ve had five more messages that I have responded with in 15 minutes on, so how can my percent go down? I am just a bit sad because I tried really hard to fix this and the buyer who sent me that message was really happy afterwards, so I am bummed that this is counting against me so badly.

Percentages changed today because the month changed, hence it's going by a different range. You were almost to 95% for the last period, but are now at 75% for the next period. 

And responding to 5 messages quickly are not enough to offset the 1 you were late on, that is just basic percentage math.

@LabradoritemoonShop: Remember that the stats you now see are for the December star (September, October and November). The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the November Star (August, September and October). You can check the applicable CSV file(s) for more details.
