I write regarding my store FreshBohoVibes.
Sadly I see I am almost eligible for star seller status but not quite because I did not respond to 2 out of 14 messages within 24 hours. These 2 messages were people reaching out to me about the purchases I made, saying thanks to me. Not to do with my store or customer service. (I have now replied to them both).
I am wondering if you'd be kind enough to review that for me and rectify my response rate to my customers to 100% - which is has been.
Out of 14 messages, 12 have been to me about my shop, and I have responded to all 12 within 24 hours.
Thank you so much in advance if you can help - I have been working hard for this!

We are only other sellers, we can't do anything,
However,
Etsy specifies ALL new message threads have to me answered in 24 hours, it has always been the case, and etsy highlights them in blue, so you don't miss them,
you could mark them as as spam , if you are OK with spamming sellers
Read the rules on your Star Seller dashboard or some of the 1000s of Star Seller Forum threads.
