Star seller - messages not updating

Hi guys, seems my stats haven't updated since June 01 for messages, anyone else have this issue?

Last month I didn't say your welcome on 2 messages, don't believe that thing that says you only have to respond once...

I got my badge for June but when June updated I'm stuck at 94 percent on my messages. Says I'm almost there for July. I've responded to every message in June so far but it's still only showing my message history up until June 01 when I downloaded the history.

Everything else has updated, seems strange.

The current review period is April, May and June to qualify for July. It's not just June.

well yes I realize that, but it doesn't seem like any messages in June have been calculated or taken into consideration

You can download the message stats from your shop manager to see where the problem might be.

yes that's how I knew my last message was calculated June 01. It's like they are weighing me for June but not allowing any messages to be counted. I was star seller last month, if they are going to weigh me for June at least weigh my messages too LOL
